Supervision
I view supervision as a collaborative process where open conversation and a strong professional relationship support your growth as a clinician. Supervision is your time to focus on areas such as professional development, building new clinical skills, case conceptualization, and documentation review.

It is also a space to work through imposter syndrome (we’ve all been there!) while strengthening self-awareness and confidence in your clinical work. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, exploring challenges, and developing your professional identity.

While supervisees often look to gain knowledge from their supervisor, I believe supervision is truly reciprocal. I have learned a great deal from previous supervisees and look forward to learning from you as well. I enjoy digging into complex clinical questions together and using our combined knowledge and research skills to find thoughtful answers.

Through this collaborative process, I can better understand your strengths, support areas for growth, and help guide your development throughout your supervision journey.

The first step is to schedule a free 30-minute consultation call to ensure that supervision with me will be a good fit for both of us. During this call, we will also review my supervision fees and discuss what you are hoping to gain from the supervision process. If we both feel that we are aligned and that the partnership would be a good fit, we will agree on a regular supervision schedule, and I will email you my standard supervision contract to review and complete.

Professional Competencies
I have extensive experience providing individual and group counseling for adults, with more limited experience in family and couples therapy. Throughout my career, I have worked exclusively with the adult population in a variety of behavioral health treatment settings.

I am considered a subject matter expert in the treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. My clinical experience includes working with individuals who use a wide range of substances, including opiates, benzodiazepines, alcohol, cocaine, PCP, and synthetic cannabinoids (K2). In addition to substance use disorders, I have treated individuals with a variety of mental health diagnoses, including—but not limited to—mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder, and borderline personality disorder.

I have worked in the mental and behavioral health space at both not-for-profit and for-profit community health organizations. I am extensively familiar with the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP), Council on Accreditation (COA), and The Joint Commission (TCJ) with emerging knowledge of the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS).

A significant focus of my work has been the treatment of substance use disorders using Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). I have extensive experience supporting individuals receiving Methadone, Buprenorphine®, and Naltrexone® as part of their recovery. Many of the individuals served within these programs presented with high clinical acuity and complex social needs, including housing instability, food insecurity, and chronic medical conditions such as HIV and Hepatitis C.

In 2023, I joined Rosewood Recovery in Newtown, Pennsylvania, a licensed DDAP program, as the Clinical Program Director. In this role, I oversee the clinical program and provide clinical leadership for services including Outpatient (OP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) levels of care. The program serves individuals with primary substance use disorders as well as co-occurring mental health conditions and offers integrated psychiatric care and medication-assisted treatment options.

In addition to clinical work, I have experience developing and delivering professional trainings and educational presentations on topics including Substance Use Disorders, Medication-Assisted Treatment, Harm Reduction, Involuntary Commitments, Burn Out, and Attraction in the Therapy Room. I have facilitated trainings at conferences including the Pennsylvania Certification Board (PCB) and Pennsylvania Association of Addiction Professionals (PAAP)

I have also been invited to provide guest lectures and presentations for academic and community organizations, including Widener University, Middlesex College, Penn State Abington, the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice, and the Business Association of West Parkside.
